Great-grandmother dies in Mira Loma crash

Harold Lawrence Dixon, 53, of the 3700 block of River Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:57 p.m. Aug. 25 on River Road north of Butte Slough Road for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
