Deputy prosecutor Charles Finkenbinder has charged Massey with felony theft by receiving a stolen Porsche along with a gun safe that contained numerous firearms and diamonds, possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, vehicular fleeing and failure to stop after accident with injury or death; as well as driving while intoxicated, driving 150 mph in a 65-mph zone, improper use of registration, reckless driving with injury, driving on an inactive license, operating a vehicle without liability insurance and fleeing on foot.
